At Embedded Solution Partners, we offer a two-tiered
support model. The front line for support is provided by our Consulting
Systems Engineers, the same people who work with our clients throughout
their development cycles and are therefore most knowledgeable about
their projects. This field-based model allows us to go to our clients'
facilities to get the best view of the problem.
The second tier
of support is provided by our Technology Partners , the partners who develop
the embedded software products that we offer. We think this two-tiered
approach provides our clients with the most comprehensive support
available in the embedded industry.
